About

BIO
A versatile artist who can visually articulate across digital art, 3D, design, and fine art. Miguel Martinez has never been intimidated to re-adapt and step out of comfort zones. With his broad array of artistic abilities, Miguel can utilize several prominent digital programs to achieve desired results.

Miguel Martinez is a Latino Hispanic artist from Los Angeles. Being the son of Mexican immigrants, Miguel has always been heavily influenced by art, music, and culture. During his childhood in east LA, he avoided the ongoing street gang activity by spending much of his time making art and music. Eventually, Miguel became interested and passionate for education, enrolling at Rio Hondo College where he obtained two associates degrees. Additionally, Miguel was accepted into USC, where he obtained his Bachelor of Fine Arts (graduating in the top 30% of his class).
Currently, Miguel is still very passionate about education, as he continues to learn and acquire more skills within his desired fields.
This portfolio will hopefully best demonstrate his artistic journey.

When Miguel is not creating art, he is engaged with his hobbies, which are composing music and language learning. Practicing Italian and German for over two years, and currently achieving elementary levels in both (almost intermediate in Italian). His Chinese Mandarin is still at a beginner level, but he continues to practice it every day.
